Marquees

A marquee is an HTML element or feature used to create scrolling or moving text or images across a webpage. It was popular in the early days of web development to add dynamic effects but is now considered outdated and is generally replaced by modern CSS and JavaScript techniques.

If you want the text to stop when you hover over it, you need two codes: one for your CSS file and one for the HTML itself.
